Open Telegram
Go to Contacts
Select the contact you want to delete
Open the contact’s profile
Tap Edit
Tap Delete Contact
Confirm deletion
If needed, also delete the chat from your chat list
If the contact still appears, sync contacts again in Telegram settings and disable contact sync if desired
