Go to Google Contacts: https://contacts.google.com
Sign in to your Gmail account
Select the contact or contacts you want to delete
Click the More actions menu
Click Delete
Confirm the deletion
To delete multiple contacts, check the boxes next to each contact first
To delete all contacts, select all contacts on the page and repeat the delete step
To remove contacts from your phone, sync your device after deleting them in Google Contacts
