Open OneNote
Go to the notebook list
Right-click the notebook you want to delete
Select Close Notebook
Open the notebook location in OneDrive, SharePoint, or File Explorer
Delete the notebook file or folder from its storage location
Empty the recycle bin or trash if needed
Refresh OneNote to confirm the notebook is removed
