Open OneNote
Go to the notebook list
Right-click the notebook you want to rename
Select Notebook Properties
Enter the new notebook name
Click OK or Save
If the notebook is stored in OneDrive or SharePoint, rename it from the file location if needed
Refresh OneNote to see the updated name
