Open the document in Word Mobile
Tap the page content you want to remove
Select the text, images, or objects on the page
Tap Delete or Backspace
Repeat until the page is empty
Delete any extra paragraph marks or page breaks
Save the document
If the page is blank, remove the page break or extra empty lines causing it to appear
