Open the PhonePe app
Go to the History or Transactions section
Select the transaction you want to remove
Check if the app offers a delete or hide option
If available, tap Delete, Hide, or Remove
If no delete option is available, note that PhonePe does not allow deleting transaction history from the app
Clear app cache if you want to remove local app data from your device
Uninstall and reinstall the app if you want to refresh the local app view
