Open the Google Photos app or go to photos.google.com
Sign in to your Google account
Select the photo or photos you want to delete
Tap or click the Delete icon
Confirm the deletion
To delete multiple photos, press and hold one photo, then select the others
To delete photos from an album, open the album, select the photos, and delete them
To remove photos from your device only, use the Delete from device option if available
To permanently remove deleted photos, go to Trash or Bin
Open Trash or Bin
Select Empty trash or Delete permanently
Confirm the permanent deletion
