Use a flexible measuring tape
Wrap it around your head about 1 inch above your eyebrows and ears
Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight
Note the measurement in inches or centimeters
Compare the measurement to a hat size chart
If between sizes, choose the larger size
Recheck the measurement for accuracy
