Open Settings
Tap Screen Time
Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions
Enter the Screen Time passcode
Turn off Content & Privacy Restrictions
To turn off all Screen Time limits, go back to Screen Time
Tap Turn Off Screen Time
Enter the Screen Time passcode
If you forgot the Screen Time passcode, use Apple ID recovery if available
If the iPhone is managed by Family Sharing, ask the family organizer to change the restrictions
If the iPhone is supervised by a school or organization, contact the administrator
