How to Do a Bridge?

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor

Place your arms by your sides with palms down

Keep your feet hip-width apart

Press through your feet and lift your hips toward the ceiling

Tighten your glutes and core as you lift

Keep your shoulders and head on the floor

Hold the top position briefly

Lower your hips back down with control

Repeat for the desired number of reps
