Lie on your back with your knees bent and feet lifted off the floor

Place your hands lightly behind your head

Lift your shoulders and upper back off the floor

Bring your right elbow toward your left knee while extending your right leg

Switch sides by bringing your left elbow toward your right knee while extending your left leg

Continue alternating sides in a controlled pedaling motion

Keep your core engaged throughout the movement

Avoid pulling on your neck with your hands

Keep your lower back pressed toward the floor

Repeat for the desired number of reps or time
