Use a readable font such as 12-point Times New Roman, 11-point Arial, or 11-point Calibri
Set 1-inch margins on all sides
Include the paper title in bold, title case, and centered
Place your name below the title, centered
Place your institutional affiliation below your name, centered
Include the course number and course name below the affiliation, centered
Include the instructor’s name below the course information, centered
Include the due date below the instructor’s name, centered
Add the page number in the top right corner
Include a running head only if required by your instructor or institution
Double-space all text on the title page
Use the same font and formatting throughout the title page
