Use the superscript button in your editor’s formatting toolbar
Select the text you want to make superscript, then apply superscript formatting
In Microsoft Word, press Ctrl+Shift+= on Windows or Command+Shift+= on Mac
In Google Docs, go to Format > Text > Superscript
In HTML, wrap the text in `…`
In LaTeX, use `^{…}` for superscript in math mode
On many phones, long-press a character in the keyboard if superscript options are available
Use Unicode superscript characters when supported
Turn off superscript formatting the same way you turned it on
