Select the download option
Save the video to your device
If the video is your own post, open Instagram
Go to your profile and select the video
Tap the three dots menu
Choose Save to device if available
If the video is a Reel, open the Reel
Tap the share or three dots menu
Copy the link
Use a downloader to save it
Make sure you have permission to download and use the video
