Go to the Cyber Engine Tweaks GitHub releases page
Download the latest release ZIP file
Open the ZIP file
Copy the Cyber Engine Tweaks files into your Cyberpunk 2077 game folder
Make sure the CET files are placed in the correct directory structure
Launch Cyberpunk 2077
Use the CET hotkey to open the overlay if prompted
