Open Instagram and go to the post you want to download
Tap the three-dot menu on the post
Check whether a download option is available
If available, tap Download
If no download option appears, take a screenshot for a single image
For videos, use Instagram’s Save feature to bookmark the post
If you own the content, use Instagram’s data download tool in Settings
Request your account data and download the media files from the archive
Use a device screen recorder for video content if allowed
Respect copyright and privacy before downloading any post
