Connect your iPhone to your computer with a USB cable
Unlock your iPhone and tap Trust This Computer if prompted
Open Photos on Mac or the Photos app on Windows
Select Import or Import from USB device
Choose the photos you want to download
Click Import Selected or Import All
On Windows, you can also open File Explorer
Go to Apple iPhone > Internal Storage > DCIM
Copy the photos from the DCIM folder to your computer
On Mac, you can also use Image Capture
Open Image Capture and select your iPhone
Choose a save location and import the photos
You can also use iCloud Photos
Turn on iCloud Photos on your iPhone
Sign in to iCloud on your computer
Download the photos from iCloud.com or the iCloud app
You can also use AirDrop on Mac
Select photos on your iPhone
Tap Share and choose AirDrop
Select your Mac to transfer the photos
