Open Instagram and go to Direct Messages
Open the chat you want to draw in
Tap the camera icon or photo icon in the chat
Take a photo or choose one from your gallery
Tap the drawing or pen tool
Draw on the image with your finger
Tap Done or Send
Send the edited image in the chat
