Open Instagram and go to your profile
Tap Edit profile
Tap Personal information settings
Tap Birthday
Enter your correct date of birth
Tap Done or Save
If prompted, verify your age with Instagram
If you cannot edit it, check your Accounts Center settings
If the option is unavailable, use Instagram Help to request a birthday change
