Drink it with a straw to reduce contact with teeth
Consume it before meals if desired
Start with a small amount if you are new to it
Avoid drinking it straight
Rinse your mouth with plain water afterward
Do not brush your teeth immediately after drinking it
Limit intake to 1–2 times per day unless advised otherwise
