Measure 1–2 tablespoons of chia seeds
Add them to 1 cup of water
Stir well immediately
Let them sit for 10–15 minutes
Stir again to prevent clumping
Drink the mixture once it forms a gel
Use more water if you want a thinner texture
Start with a small amount if you are new to chia seeds
Drink extra water during the day
Eat them before or after meals as desired
