If the account is disabled, follow the on-screen instructions to request reactivation
If prompted, verify your identity with your email, phone number, or a code
If the account was temporarily disabled by you, log back in to restore it
If the account was disabled by Instagram, submit an appeal through the help form
Check your email for any messages from Instagram and follow the provided steps
Reset your password if you cannot log in
Update the app to the latest version if needed
Contact Instagram Support through the Help Center if the account still cannot be enabled
