Open Settings
Tap Cellular or Mobile Data
Tap Cellular Data Options or Mobile Data Options
Turn on Data Roaming
If needed, turn on Voice Roaming
If using dual SIM, select the correct line first
Restart the iPhone if roaming does not activate
Contact your carrier if roaming is still unavailable
