Press the Menu button on the Vizio remote
Select System
Select Reset & Admin
Select Reset TV to Factory Defaults
Enter the parental control PIN if prompted
Select Reset or OK to confirm
Wait for the TV to restart and complete the reset
If the remote is unavailable, press and hold the Volume Down and Input buttons on the TV for 10 to 15 seconds
Release the buttons when the TV displays a reset message or restarts
Follow the on-screen setup steps after the reset completes
