Select the column header or any cell in the data range
Go to the Data tab
Click Filter
Click the drop-down arrow in the column header
Select or clear the values you want to show
Click OK
Use Text Filters, Number Filters, or Date Filters for advanced filtering
Click Clear Filter to remove the filter from that column
