Open the Files app
Tap Browse
Tap Downloads
If you don’t see Downloads, tap Locations, then check iCloud Drive and On My iPhone for a Downloads folder
To find Safari downloads, open Safari and tap the Downloads icon (down arrow) in the toolbar
To find downloads in Messages, open the conversation, tap the downloaded item, then tap the share icon or Files to locate it
To find downloads in Mail, open the email, tap the attachment, then save it to Files
To find app downloads, open the App Store, tap your profile icon, then check Purchased or Updates
To find music/podcasts you downloaded, open the relevant app (Music/Podcasts) and check Library/Downloads or Offline content
