How To Finger Yourself?

Wash your hands with soap and water

Choose a comfortable position (lying down, propped up, or sitting)

Use a mirror if it helps you see what you’re doing

If you have one, use a small amount of water-based lube on your fingers or external area

Start with gentle touches on the outside of your vulva/clitoris area to see what feels good

Gradually move your finger(s) toward the vaginal opening only if you want internal stimulation

If inserting a finger, use slow, gentle pressure

Keep movements slow and adjust based on sensation

Consider using short, controlled motions or changing the angle to find what feels best

If using more than one finger, increase gradually and keep it comfortable

If it becomes uncomfortable, pain occurs, or you feel numbness or burning, stop and reassess

Use additional lube as needed to reduce friction

When you’re done, wipe away any lube with tissue or a clean cloth

Rinse externally with warm water if desired; avoid inserting water into the vagina

Wash your hands again

Clean any toys/fingers used with mild soap and water (or follow the product’s cleaning instructions)
