Connect the pendrive to your Mac
Open Disk Utility
Select the pendrive from the sidebar
Click Erase
Choose a format
Choose a scheme if needed
Enter a name for the drive
Click Erase again
Wait for the process to finish
Click Done
Eject the pendrive safely
