Select the row below the one you want to freeze
Go to the View tab
Click Freeze Panes
Select Freeze Panes from the dropdown
To freeze only the top row, go to View
Click Freeze Panes
Select Freeze Top Row
To freeze multiple specific rows, select the row below them first
Use Unfreeze Panes to remove frozen rows
