Wash the green peppers thoroughly
Dry them completely
Remove the stems, seeds, and membranes
Cut them into slices, strips, or dice
Spread the pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet
Freeze the pieces until solid
Transfer the frozen peppers to freezer bags or airtight containers
Remove as much air as possible before sealing
Label the bags or containers with the date
Store in the freezer for up to 8 to 12 months
