Download the form if it is available online
Check your email for a notice from the school about the form
Contact the bursar’s office, student accounts office, or tax office if you cannot find it
Confirm your mailing address and student account information with the school
Ask whether the form was mailed, posted online, or available by request
Request a reissue if the form was lost or not received
Verify that you were eligible to receive a 1098-T for the tax year
Keep a copy of the form for your tax records
