Be at least 21 years old, or 18 if active duty military or honorably discharged
Have no felony convictions or disqualifying criminal history
Complete the required handgun proficiency training
Submit fingerprints
Complete the online or paper application
Pay the required fees
Pass the background check
Receive your License to Carry if approved
