Gently roll a fresh piece of Blu Tack over the mark to lift residue
Use a soft cloth or microfiber cloth to wipe the area
Lightly rub with a clean, dry white eraser
Dab with a small amount of warm soapy water on a cloth
Wipe with a damp cloth, then dry immediately
Use a little rubbing alcohol on a cotton bud for stubborn residue
Test any cleaning method on a hidden spot first
Avoid scrubbing hard to prevent paint damage
Repaint the area if the mark will not come off
