Use Tableau’s built-in export options
Go to Worksheet or Dashboard
Click File
Select Export as Image
Increase the image size by enlarging the view before exporting
Use Presentation Mode for a cleaner export
Set the dashboard size to a fixed, larger pixel dimension
Use a higher-resolution monitor when capturing screenshots
Export to PDF first, then convert the PDF to a high-resolution image
Use Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud download options if available
Use Tableau’s crosstab or data export only if image quality is not required
Avoid browser zoom if exporting from web views
Use an external screenshot tool with custom DPI settings
Save the workbook with a larger canvas size before export
Reduce unnecessary white space to maximize visible content in the exported image
