Open your inventory
Check your character status for the leech icon
Use a lit campfire or torch to remove a leech from your body
Stand near the fire until the leech is burned off
If the leech is on a tamed creature, use a torch or campfire near the creature
If the leech is attached to a mount, dismount and remove it with fire
If the leech is on a player, have another player use fire to help remove it
After removal, heal any damage or disease effects if needed
