Get a Nevada marriage license from the Clark County Marriage License Bureau
Bring valid government-issued photo ID for both partners
Be at least 18 years old, or meet Nevada’s legal requirements for minors
Pay the marriage license fee
Complete the marriage license application
Receive the marriage license the same day
Choose a wedding venue, chapel, hotel, or officiant in Las Vegas
Schedule the ceremony if required by the venue
Have an authorized officiant perform the ceremony
Bring at least one witness if required
Sign the marriage license after the ceremony
Return the completed license to the county recorder for filing
Request certified copies of the marriage certificate if needed
