Use a bucket on a powder snow block to pick it up
Craft a bucket if you do not already have one
Find powder snow in snowy slopes, frozen peaks, or grove biomes
Use Silk Touch on a cauldron setup if needed for safe collection
Use commands in Creative mode to give yourself powder snow
Enable cheats and use `/give @p powder_snow_bucket` in Java Edition
Use `/give @p powder_snow_bucket 1` in Bedrock Edition if supported
