Take an over-the-counter antihistamine if the rash is itchy and you can safely use it
Wear loose, breathable clothing

Do not use new products on the rash until it clears
Seek medical care if the rash spreads quickly, is painful, has blisters, has pus, comes with fever, or does not improve in a few days
