Use fly traps: use sticky traps indoors and baited traps outdoors
Use targeted insecticides: apply residual sprays/pyrethroids only to cracks/crevices and fly entry points, following label directions
Use larvicide for breeding areas: treat drains/organic buildup with products labeled for fly larvae
Vacuum flies indoors: use a vacuum for quick removal, then empty the canister/bag immediately
Reduce outdoor attractants: keep lights off or use yellow “bug” bulbs at night, keep outdoor trash covered
Manage pets/livestock waste promptly: remove droppings regularly and dispose in sealed bags
