Press Command + Option + Esc to open Force Quit Applications
Open Activity Monitor from Applications > Utilities
Use Spotlight Search and type Activity Monitor
Open Launchpad and search for Activity Monitor
Use Activity Monitor to view and manage running processes
Use Force Quit Applications to close unresponsive apps
