Request a trade from the MyCAREER menu
Open the MyPLAYER or MyCAREER hub
Go to the team or player management section
Select trade request if the option is available
Build bad team chemistry by taking fewer shots and making poor decisions
Lower your teammate grade by missing assignments and forcing bad plays
Reduce your minutes by underperforming in games
Avoid completing team objectives
Play several games after requesting a trade
Wait for the trade deadline or team decision to process
If the option is locked, progress further in the story or season
If needed, create a new MyCAREER save on a team with easier trade options
