Open the YouTube app or go to YouTube on a browser
Sign in to your Google account
Check the YouTube homepage or profile menu for a Recap or year-in-review card
Open the YouTube Music app if you want the music recap
Look for YouTube Music Recap in the Home tab or Library
Make sure your app is updated to the latest version
Check if Recap is available in your region and account
Wait for the annual Recap release period if it is not showing yet
Search YouTube Help or YouTube Music Help for Recap availability
Use the YouTube Music Recap link if you received one by email or notification
