Wash your mustache with a gentle cleanser
Pat it dry completely
Comb it downward and outward with a fine-tooth comb
Trim stray hairs with small grooming scissors
Shape the edges carefully with a trimmer or razor
Keep the mustache symmetrical on both sides
Trim the upper lip line if needed
Apply a small amount of mustache wax or balm
Brush or comb the mustache into place
Repeat grooming regularly to maintain the shape
