Place the seeds in a sprouting jar, tray, or cloth
Keep the seeds in a well-ventilated place away from direct sunlight
Rinse and drain the seeds 2 to 3 times daily
Remove excess water after each rinse
Continue until the sprouts reach the desired length
Rinse the finished sprouts one last time
Store the sprouts in the refrigerator
Use the sprouts within a few days
