Add 1 cup of water to the Instant Pot
Place the trivet or egg rack inside
Arrange the eggs on the trivet or rack
Close the lid and set the valve to sealing
Cook on High Pressure for 5 minutes for large eggs
Let the pressure release naturally for 5 minutes
Quick release the remaining pressure
Transfer the eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes
Peel and serve or store in the refrigerator
