Turn off the Chromebook
Press and hold Refresh and tap Power
Release Refresh when the Chromebook starts up
If needed, perform a Powerwash from Settings
Open Settings
Select Advanced
Select Reset settings
Select Powerwash
Select Restart
Follow the on-screen prompts to reset the device
