Back up any important data if possible
Power off the Samsung device
Press and hold the correct button combination for your model
Common combinations:
Power + Volume Up + Home
Power + Volume Up
Power + Bixby + Volume Up
Release the buttons when the Samsung logo appears
Use the Volume buttons to highlight Recovery Mode
Press the Power button to select
If prompted, select Wipe data/factory reset
Confirm the reset
Select Reboot system now when finished
Wait for the device to restart and complete setup
