Switch your account to Private
Go to your profile
Tap the menu icon
Tap Settings and privacy
Tap Account privacy
Turn on Private account
Remove followers you do not want to see your list
Block specific users if needed
Restrict users if you want limited access
Hide your activity status in Privacy settings
Limit who can message or interact with you
Note that Instagram does not let you fully hide your followers list from all followers on a private account
