Open the app’s settings or preferences
Find the chat or messaging settings
Turn off the option for Enter to send
Enable the option for Ctrl+Enter or Shift+Enter to send
Use Shift+Enter to insert a line break
Use Ctrl+Enter if that is the configured send shortcut
