Check your laptop’s video outputs
Check how many external displays your laptop supports
Identify the monitor inputs available on each monitor
Use matching cables or adapters for each connection
Connect the first monitor directly to the laptop
Connect the second monitor directly if the laptop has another video port
Use a USB-C or Thunderbolt dock if the laptop has limited ports
Use a DisplayLink dock or adapter if needed for additional monitors
Connect monitors through a supported daisy-chain setup if available
Power on the monitors
Open display settings on the laptop
Detect the connected displays
Set display mode to extend screens
Arrange the monitor layout to match physical placement
Set the primary display
Adjust resolution and refresh rate for each monitor
Update graphics drivers if monitors are not detected
Restart the laptop if necessary
Use powered adapters or docks if the laptop cannot supply enough power
Verify that the laptop GPU supports the desired monitor count and resolution
